M4 Aquatics is a family run operation specializing in the development of Sacramento Perch as a gamefish, viable species for aquaculture/aquaponics use and as species for restoration applications. We have the only Sacramento perch hatchery open for sales to the public in the world. We are also the only licensed aquaculturist in California to specialize in Sacramento Perch. We take pride in selecting the strongest, healthiest and fastest growing fish as broodstock in our breeding program. Our goal is to introduce more people to California's only native warmwater gamefish, an extraordinarily adaptable, tough and quite tasty species-The Sacramento Perch.

Our fish are likely the most genetically diverse Sac Perch in existence today! We have several strains and crosses available seasonally as fingerlings(up to 2"), advanced fingerlings(2" - 3 1/2"), subcatchable fish(3 1/2"+) and broodstock( 4"-12"+). We offer feed trained fish for display, aquaculture/aquaponics applications and standard, wild-type fish for recreational fishing use.
